Another Top season at Loughton Thursdays as some superb games of football played in the right way which contributed to another enjoyable season.

First up and in the Premiership, Pink Panthers took back their title on GD as IG10 Boys mounted a late comeback in an effort to retain their title, however it was just a little too late as The Panthers had pounced early to get the results they needed and ended up securing the title for the third time in their history!

In the Championship and Conte Ball infused with new signings had a nearly perfect season only losing once all season as they took the title in style!
Krystian FERNANDEZ had his side set up to perfection most weeks and they fully deserve to take the Championship title for the first time in their history and no doubt will add some added competition for the Premiership title!

Another great season at Debden Mondays as AFC Cardinals finally did it and won the title!

For so long they have come close but falling just short but this season they were brilliant as they lost just once winning the other 9 to secure the Debden Mondays title for the first time in their history to mean we have a different league winner once again!

What a season for these two sides in particular as they were both superb!

CARPENTERS ARMS FC were ruthless as they won their first 7 out of 7 to wrap up the title with three games to spare, before slipping up the next few which meant they didn’t get their perfect season!

El Capitan, Fabian FLANAGAN had his side on point every week and with their fast free flowing football they stormed to the title for the first time in their history!

In the Championship and what a title and promotion race this one turned out to be! The last few seasons bottom side AVONDALE RANGERS FC put in some inspired performances as they went into the final game of the season against old foes WALLADS in a winner takes all game! What a turnaround!

WALLADS had a much improved season after finding some consistency and knew they just needed to win this one to wrap the title up and get promotion back to the big time after a few seasons away from it.

WALLADS romped home emphatically winning 6-0 to take the title in style and get their hands on the silverware!

Commiserations and congrats to Avondale Rangers who end up promoted in second place to get their first taste of Premiership football but massive Congratulations to the WALLADS boys after a fantastic season: Kailen ELMOUMNI, Sam KRUEGER, Myles MENKENRICK, Harry PALMER, Harry TEBBUTT, Henry MOORCROFT, Jazz HEATH-SAWYERS & Sam FLYNN

What a performance from the YK this week as they put in an unreal performance putting Oh East London to the sword giving them their worst ever loss as YK were dominant in an 11-0 win for Jamie PARMANs side

In goal Jaspar CARR was immense and thoroughly deserved his clean sheet making some fine saves, while George CLARKE at the back was solid and got on the scoresheet while Ben & Jake AVERY were a wall in defence!

Tom McDONNELL & Tommie HOBAN pulling strings from midfield as HOBAN got a brace and one of the MOTM McDONNELL smashed home 4!!

Up top and Joffe BRADLEY was different class as he also banged in 4 with some great finishes to be the other MOTM for the YK!

Massive congrats to all the lads on this performance as they battle it out in what looks like it will be one of the closest seasons in a while in the Loughton Mondays Premiership!

These boys after returning to the league after a few games adjustment they have absolutely smashed it in the last two weeks as they have scored 21 goals and conceded 0, having won 13-0 and 8-0!

Skipper Joe “The Bagsman” LEEVES getting 5 goals in this one after some unreal strikes and an energetic display throughout

Noah COKE opened happiness as he bagged a brace while Sam JARVIS & Irfan HOUSEIN both getting in on the action with one each!

Stand out apart from the captain was Irfan HOUSEIN who ran the midfield with unreal work rate!

A superb performance from all the lads over the last few weeks in particular!

Huge congratulations to Loughton Mondays Premiership Champions for a 5th time – Theydon Green!

With this record breaking 5th title they have now moved ahead of legendary Loughton Prem sides Debden Vets & Diors – Massive well done to all the lads on this achievement as its not easy!

Sam BARRETT “The Gaffer” – Organised on and off the pitch, does the dirty work including covering in between the sticks when short. Never lets his side down!

Harry BARRETT “The General” – Deep laying midfielder, who gets himself about and does the dog work for his side. Pops up with a few assists and goals as well!

Max JESSOP “Captain Marvel” – Midfield Maestro who should be nicknamed ‘Bernstein’ such is his conducting skills! Constantly pulling strings in that midfield while scoring some important goals.

Noah FRIEND “The Machine” – When he pulls that trigger foot, you know its probably going in! Scores massive goals for his side even when only playing half fit!

Josh STEELE “The MAM (Monster Among Men)” When Josh is on form hes unplayable! Strong and unafraid of anything, nobody gets past him unless he wants them too! While pops up with the occasional screamer as well

Luke STEELE “The other MAM” Like his bro, he is strong and consistent! When he plays he is an important member of the team

George JOHNSON “The Engine” George just doesn’t stop running, like a younger Milner! Always puts in a shift for the Greens and never fails to disappoint, an integral part of the teams success

Ben HARRIS “The Gazelle” Steps in when needed, plays everywhere and gets assists and the occasional goal, while making crucial tackles and getting around the pitch well.

Ryan WHITEHEAD “The no show” Gets a mention by default as hes been AWOL for some time now and questions are being asked regarding his whereabouts! If your reading this Ryan, hope to see you soon

Another brilliant season at Wanstead Mondays and well done to all teams who participated.

They came, they saw, they conquered while playing some excellent football!

It wasn’t easy though as Quarantine Ball & Real Brooksis are both strong sides looking to claim their first title and have been in the mix for the last few seasons!

In the Championship and another extremely close season which came down to the last week!
PasseyAggressive just needed to win to wrap up their the title and promotion, which they did with a strong performance in a 4-1 win!

This result meant Hot Steppers couldn’t take the title, however they needed to win to get promoted to the Premiership in their first season!
In a good competitive game, they got the three points they needed in a narrow 2-1 win meaning they will be joining PasseyAggressive in playing Premiership football in the new season.

WAS Utd in their first season gave a good account of themselves as well after a tough start they started to pick up some form and good results, no doubt Zak IKRAM’s side will be contenders in the new season!
However it wont be easy as OTF are another strong side who were in the mix while Woodford Greeners are another Championship side who are tough opponents in the forthcoming new season!
While new boys East London FC will be joining the mix as well! Looking forward to another competitive season at Eton Manor.

Another enjoyable season at Debden Park Mondays as we crowned new Champions as A Fiver Short took the title after a great season in which they finished unbeaten, while conceding only 9 goals in 10 games!

These boys have a talented squad, yet have struggled in recent times to get a consistent side together but this season that got that bit of extra consistency and the results followed as they became the 4th different title winners in the last 4 seasons!

Last seasons winners, Valley Park FC finished runners up, 4 points behind!
While serial runners up – AFC Cardinals ended up third.

Magners Return, Dog House Rovers & Debden Demons are all getting stronger with every season as they finished 4th-6th respectively.

What a season at Loughton Tuesdays as we had new champions in both divisions!

First up and a huge Congratulations to FC Breadstick who finally got their hands on the big one after slugging away season after season, the whats app group was started in 2017! So it shows it can take some time to get there, but when you do its worth it!

In the end the Prem season finished tight with Teddy FC coming runners up, 2 points behind!
