Team of the Week

DR WERE GOOD

The award at Loughton goes to Dr Were Good who were superb tonight.

They have had a bumpy season so far but were back to their best tonight running out 8-0 winners.

Travis FOWLER kept out the opposition for the second half making some good saves.

Team of the Week

MNF

Hard not to mention these boys after there masterclass tonight.

The usual suspects were up to it again as they are in some fine form at the moment, 6 goals from the dark destroyer Henry ATU and 4 marvelous goals from Young MARV made it 10, Matty DAVIS got a brace and Jack SAUNDERS got one.
A quality performance all round against their rivals from last season

Team of the Week

AFC Cardinals

What a comeback by the Cardinals tonight at Chigwell, 2-0 down and looking in trouble until Neil DIXON decided he had enough!
TWO goals and could of had a hat trick if his Gazza (v Scotland, 96) replica had of gone in.
Not only did DIXON get two goals he also got two assists, One for Tommy LYALL who finished deliciously and the other to Tim DYE who sealed the victory with the 4th.

An impressive comeback from the Cardinals and a must needed win.

Team of the Week

MNF

The award at Chigwell goes to MNF who continued their fine form with a big 4-1 win tonight.
Skipper Harry WALKER along with YOUNG MARV, Henry ATU and Matt DAVIS scored the goals for the MNF lads.
Man of the match goes to YOUNG MARV who bossed the game

Team of the Week

The Wheelers

The award at Loughton this week goes to The Wheelers who got back to winning ways with a narrow 1-0 win tonight.
Steve HART scored the all important goal but the man of the match was RYDER after his non stop running this evening

Team of the Week

Buckhurst Hill Over 21st

The award this week at Loughton goes to Buckhurst Hill Over 21st after a fine showing.
In particular the man of the match, Jake CUTHBERT.
5 Worldies secured a much needed victory to mount a title challenge.
Some appalling defending forced Mark WORTH into making some fine saves, apart from the 3 that went between his legs.
Dan “the snake” SUGARMAN decided to alter his allegiance as he played for the other side.
Well done to BHFC!

Team of the Week

Debden Vets

The award at Loughton goes to Debden Vets who continued their fine run of form and maintained their 100% record so far this season.
Today they came against a side who had also had a 100% record this season and The Vets ended this run in style with a superb performance.

Skipper Russell WILLIAMSON the midfield dynamo kept Debden ticking and got amongst the goals himself, there was an unfortunate own goal followed by goals from John ANTONIOU & Alex NICOLL and a hat trick from star man Steve “The Tan” O’BRIEN

Matty WALDRON was apparently lending it (the ball) last night!

Team of the Week

Pace Pass

The award this week at Chigwell goes to Pace Pass FC who were superb and started the season in style with this 4-1 win.

SANJ was the man of the match this week as one minute he was magically taking people on and scoring and the next he was back defending for his side.

SANJ “The Maestro” scored two tonight and his first he took on three players before rifling his shot into the top right bin, his second again after dazzling a couple of players then slotted home.

Skipper Chris STROUD also scored with a good finish as did Matt REID-EVANS.

Pace Pass will be hoping to continue this form after the Easter break and no reason why they cant be in the final reckoning if they play like this!

Team of the Week

Cheeseboard

The next shout out at Loughton goes to Cheeseboard who have been in sparkling form as of late and that continued this week with a fine performance.

Skipper George POINTON had a great game himself tonight and also got amongst the goal scorers himself scoring with a good finish.
Alex THOMAS got two for the board while Dan LINNEY scored one.
Jonny HOPWOOD in goal made some world class saves tonight at times which helped his side push on

However the standout tonight was Josh FOYSTER who played the best we’ve ever seen!

Cheeseboard will obviously be hoping to maintain this fine run of form next week!
