Alex POPE set his side up well once again tonight, Harrison JARDINE was the star of the show tonight as he was like a bowling ball up and down the pitch tonight.

Jordan CHILDS, Joey GENT, Harrison JARDINE and Azdean KAABECHE scored the all important goals.

Team of the Week

BGF United

BGF 5-1 DIORS

JACK HARRIS netted the first goal with a brilliant solo effort (when does he ever pass?!) before having to visit A&E just after half time. JAZZ HEATH-SAWYERS slotted the second goal away at the Goalkeepers front post shortly after to give BGF a 2-0 lead. Diors piled the pressure on the BGF goal after this but some solid defensive displays from ALFIE HARRIS and JOE CLOAKE kept them frustrated.

Diors pulled a goal back a few minutes before half time with some neat play on the edge of the box. Any further chances were kept out superbly by JAMES CROWE as BGF hung on to their 1 goal lead.

With around 10 minutes left of the game Man of the match MAX HALCROW finished brilliantly to regain BGF’s 2 goal lead. He then went on to assist the 4th and 5th goals on the counter attack as Diors continued to struggle to get past BGF’s defence and GK.

The 4th and 5th goals were scored by the HARRIS brothers. ALFIE HARRIS put the fourth in after a very disciplined defensive performance. BEN HARRIS controlled the game from minute 1 and finished the game off with a lovely goal just a couple of minutes before the final whistle meaning BGF handed out the first defeat to DIORS with a resounding 5-1 win.

Man of the match – Max Halcrow

Team of the Week

Valley Park FC

The award this week as we hit the Christmas and New year break goes to Valley Park FC who put in a very impressive performance in the local derby as they beat Forest 6-0 in a superb team performance.
With no keeper everyone took turns so to keep a clean sheet is all the more impressive!
The all important goalscorers were Stuart BOX, Carlton CHAMBERS and a hat trick from the ever improving Oli WALTERS!
WALTERS as well as new signing JB were both excellent tonight and share the MOTM award after this one.

This result not only meant that VPFC secured promotion but it also claimed the championship title with 2 games to spare!

An impressive season for VP as they return to the top flight at the first attempt.

Team of the Week

Reiss Tisson (Inter Bread)

Reiss TISSON was superb in his sides 3-2 win tonight at Chigwell!

You would think he would be tired after helping out in a couple of the earlier fixtures but he was saving the best till last for his side!

Not only did TISSON get a couple of assists he then jumped in goal and with his side down to 5 players he went on a mazy running from his own area which included a nutmeg and amazing feet on the way before hitting a delicious strike into the top bins!
Unreal goal and the best scored by a keeper that we can recall!

Well done Reiss

Team of the Week

What a way to start life at Loughton.

Callum MALTESE was unreal tonight, the little guy who ran the show as he smashed home 4 goals himself and was a constant threat throughout, work rate and movement caused his opposition all kinds of problems.

Also honourable mentions to Will SAMUEL and Dom MORALLEE who played really well and bagged a hat trick and a brace respectively.

SANJ and BRADLEY also got a debut goal each too in this memorable debut.
