Team of the Week

Jewish Johns Army (Ellis & Logan SIMMONDS) – LOUGHTON TUESDAYS

The award at Loughton Tuesdays goes to Jewish Johns Army who got back to winning ways with an emphatic 9-0 win tonight.

This battle for the title is intense with both JJA needing to win each week as a slip up could see Cosa Nostra go top providing they don’t slip up either.

Once again there were two stand outs for this side and it was the SIMMONDS brothers who put on another super show both hitting a hat trick each after some lovely teamwork and some thunderous strikes.
Logan SIMMONDS footwork was once again out of this world as he danced his way round players the whole 40 minutes tonight, while Ellis SIMMONDS strength and powerful shooting was too much for their opposition tonight.

Frankie BULLOCK, George BIRCH & Josh HARRIS also scored one each to show how much of a team performance this was while Jack GOODCHILD made some superb saves to keep a well deserved clean sheet while Max HOCKLEY was solid in defence throughout.

Well played once again to all the JJA lads as they continue their free scoring form while are solid defensively conceding only 7 so far this season!

Team of the Week

All Talk FC – LOUGHTON MONDAYS

All Talk get a mention at Loughton Mondays this week as well due to a superb performance in what a lot would look at as an upset.

All Talk was excellent tonight, the teamwork, working for each other on and off the ball ensured they continued their own strong start to the season.

Charlie DIBBLE scored twice with a couple of screamers, while Callum MALTESE got a brace with Kieran BRUNS getting the other with some neat strikes after some superb free flowing football.

Corrie REEVES however was the stand out at CB as he was solid and made countless interceptions and tackles to ensure his side wrapped up the 3 points as they continue their hunt for a first Premiership title.

Well played to all the lads

Team of the Week

Hit & Miss – LOUGHTON MONDAYS

The award this week at Loughton Mondays goes to Hit & Miss who had their A team out tonight and absolutely smashed it winning 12-1!

The record win at TFM is 16-1 which belongs to FC Ming in 2014 at Chigwell, and this was the closest result to matching this for some time.

The HITMEN were lethal in front of goal tonight with three of the lads grabbing hat tricks!

Kyle BEETON, Aaron CLEMENTS & George AYRES all got three each with some rockets while Charlie AYRES, Toby EATON & Eden HAYDAY all got one each to demonstrate how much of a team performance this one was.

There were two stand outs in particular in this one, first was an outstanding performance from George AYRES, who dominated the left hand side as well as bagging a quality hat trick.

While Aaron CLEMENTS was also immense throughout with a dominant showing.

Well played to all the lads, who for the last few seasons have lived up to their Hit & Miss name, but so far this season are starting to show promise.

Look forward to seeing if the HITMEN can continue this kind of form to have a chance of getting promoted to the big time.

The award this week at Debden Park Mondays go to last seasons champions – A Fiver Short.

Calum SKINNER & Archie BOSTOCK both got one each while Harry WATT, Louis BLY & Jam ALLEN were all outstanding as Fiver Short now look to try and make up for lost time in the title race!

Team of the Week

Turkish de Ligt – WALTHAM ABBEY THURSDAYS

The award at Waltham Abbey Thursdays this week goes to the new boys – Turkish de Ligt

A quality name and a quality team as Harun SALAD & Israel DEMA were the stand outs this week in their 6-1 debut win as they controlled the game, non stop energy and their link up play was superb to watch.

Ash MALUNDA, YUNUS, Harun SALAD, Gucci SOULYA all got a goal each while Israel DEMA got two with some excellent finishing.

These lads have certainly sent out a message that they are here to challenge for promotion and maybe even the title, but they are having to play catch up, and have 5 games to attempt to get into the top 2. Can be done and will be interesting to see if they can replicate this form over the next set of fixtures

Well played to all the lads tonight

Team of the Week

Stranger Wings – LOUGHTON THURSDAYS

Team of the week at Loughton Thursdays goes to Stranger Wings who won 4-1 tonight to continue their fine form this season and continue leading the pack on goal differance.

Well played to the Wings

Team of the Week

Cosa Nostra – LOUGHTON TUESDAYS

The award this week at Loughton Tuesdays goes to Cosa Nostra who were superb again tonight and got the all important 3 points against their arch rivals JJA.

This win is huge as with 3 games to go its opened up the title race between the top two with just goal difference substantially in JJA’s favour.

All the Cosa lads were superb tonight as Brandon JOYCE had his team set up superbly and put in a great shift, as did Stanley COAKLEY, meanwhile Will COAKLEY was dangerous up top as always and got 2 with some quality finishes, while Robbie CARTER got the other.

Sam SMITH is some player and each week his vision with defence splitting passes cause the opposition all kinds of problems.

Harry TAYLOR really stepped up tonight and kept everything tight in the CDM role, while Jack TAYLOR in goal surprisingly didn’t have as much to do as he would have thought which is a testament too how good the lads were in front of him, but when he was called upon he made a few tidy saves.

Team of the Week

Haven’t got a Kalou – LOUGHTON MONDAYS

The award this week at Loughton Monday’s goes to Haven’t got a Kalou who put in a solid display in a tight game.

A team full of central midfielders you would expect to be able to knock it about well and these boys don’t disappoint on that front, and tonight was a a very solid team performance in which the stand out was Jack BROSNAN who got both his sides goals and who takes the MOTM due to his all round display.

Skipper Jack EWING & Callum CAIRNEY were the cats tonight and rotated the litter tray duties making some very good saves to ensure their side wrapped up the all important three points.

Well played to all the lads as they made a winning start under their new team name

Team of the Week

Valley Park FC – DEBDEN PARK MONDAYS

The award this week at Debden Park goes to Valley Park FC who just about came out on top 5-4 in the clash of the unbeatens in what was a cracking game of football.

The late winner coming from Carlton CHAMBERS, who was outstanding on the night up front alongside Jermaine GRAVER.

CHAMBERS hit FOUR goals while GRAVER got one to show what an outstanding performance it was.

A first run out in about 3 years for Shaun FLEMMING tonight, great to see!

Oli WALTERS, Scott WHITE & Skipper Peter TURNER all put in assured performances while Graham BELL in goal made some fine saves.

DPFC had a lot of the ball in spells but VPFC defended well as a unit and played some great counter attacking football and DPFC keeper made some unreal saves throughout too.

Well played to both teams in what was a superb game of football played with great sportsmanship
