Real SoSoBad – MONDAYS LOUGHTON

The SoSoBad boys pulled off a huge result this week by turning over the runaway league leaders – Theydon Green.

Thanks to a huge defensive display from Alfie HARRIS and Jacob PAYNE making it as difficult as they could for the Theydon boys.

Joe CLOAKE & George GREEN were excellent on the ball for SoSoBad, driving the team up the pitch and controlling possession as Theydon kept knocking on the door.

Jazz HEATH-SAWYERS got the first goal, punishing a mistake on the brink of half time with a beautiful megnuts on the keeper.

Tom PAPS the doubled the lead in the second half, with some great hold up play, he then turned the defender and smashed it into the top bins.

Man of the match however goes to the SoSoBad number 1 and skipper – James CROWE, who pulled off several incredible saves to keep a very hard but well deserved clean sheet.

CC FC – LOUGHTON MONDAYS

The award this week at Loughton Mondays goes to CC FC who have been playing some superb stuff recently and tonight was no different as they got a massive three points as they remain in the promotion race with two games to go

Captain fantastic, JACOB scored one for his side while WES smashed home two with some nice finishes.

ARCHIE was the stand out for the side in an immense performance while NAKHUE made some quality saves throughout ensuring he kept a clean sheet himself and was also one of the stand outs in this one

VAFC – DEBDEN MONDAYS

The award on week 1 at Debden goes to VAFC who started in electrifying form.

Skipper Volkan AKAR was solid in defence along with Dan STAPES while they both also got on the scoresheet.

Rick TAYLOR & Rob STAPES up top formed a lethal strike partnership each grabbing a hat trick!

Liam BALL & Henry WILLIAMS both put in solid shifts and worked hard for thier side, while Gio CATTINI in goal pulled off some superb saves and just conceded the once in his sides 8-1 win.

VAFC will be hoping to continue this form into next week as they will be looking for their first league title no doubt.

FC Saints – WALTHAM ABBEY THURSDAYS

The award this week at Waltham Abbey Thursdays goes to FC Saints who upset the league leaders with a superb result.

Going into this game as the underdogs they were immense throughout playing some unreal football at times.

Skipper Cameron LYONS had his side set up perfectly, with MANNERS in goal keeping a clean sheet with some great saves.

The whole team put in a wordly performance but in particular it was Charlie EVANS & DIMITRI who were the joint men of the match.

EVANS smashed in two goals while DIMITRI was everywhere for his side.

Jadon MALONEY got the other goal for the saints as this result puts them third, two points behind the top 2.

Madeline Milan – LOUGHTON THURSDAYS

The award this week at Loughton Thursdays goes to Madeline Milan who were fearsome infront of goal tonight.

Some of the strikes were absolute worldies and the opposition keeper also made some superb saves throughout to keep the score down.

Skipper James ROSE had his lads set up to perfection while also getting a goal himself, Ryan DOOLEY put in a shift with Archie SHIPP also getting on the scoresheet with a great strike.

In goal, Jamie PEARMAN pulled off some fine saves and only conceded the one tonight.

Sonny PAR & Ben WHOMERSLEY both smashed in a brace apiece while Oscar SIMMONS was just different gravy hitting 5!!

Man of the match was a tough call but it goes to Ben WHOMERSLEY who had a blinder of a game at the back

DPFC – DEBDEN MONDAYS

Massive congratulations goes to the New Debden Mondays Superleague winners – DPFC!

DPFC have had a superb season and just needed to wrap up the three points tonight to bag their first title, which they did in emphatic style with a man of the match performance from Billy DENSHAM who played a part in 7 or his sides 8 goals! Grabbing himself 5 assists and 2 goals, Unbelievable Jeff!

5 different goalscorers out of 8 scored shows how much of a team performance this was.

Aside from Billys two, Jack DAINTON bagged a hat trick, while Jono CROWDER, James SCULLY & James CRADDOCK got one each.

Gerry Hat-Tricks – LOUGHTON TUESDAYS

Team of the week award at Loughton Tuesdays goes to GERRY HAT TRICKS who have started the season in scintillating style.

These lads are playing some brilliant stuff at the moment, they have always been solid defensively, a hard team to break down and always [played well off the counter attack.

However this season they have turned the tempo up a notch and are clinical when in front of goal.

This week was no different as they won 12-0!

Mike “Lighting” GODDARD was the man of the match in this one as he was superb, his movement, link up and finishing was on point as he banged in a hat trick.

LLOYD & NICK smashed in two each while the ever dangerous Louis HERBERT hit 4 in another individually impressive display.

Phil HARVEY was another who showed how impressive of a team performance it was as he was superb and smashed home a hat trick, while his brother Rob HARVEY in goal kept a well earned clean sheet making some good saves

If Gerry keep performing as impressive as this they will no doubt be getting promoted this season! Well played lads

HAVENT GOT A KALOU – LOUGHTON MONDAYS

The award this week at Loughton Mondays goes to Haven’t got a Kalou who have been in outstanding form of late.

This week was no different as they showed a defensive masterclass which Jose would of been happy with!

With Cameron CASSWELL smashing home both his teams goals with a stand out performance of his own, it just needed the defence to create a fortress in front of skipper and fellow stand out Jack EWING & Jack BROSNAN who both took turns in goal and who both ended up getting an assist each!

They achieved it winning 2-0! Jack EWING with a big penalty save to ensure the clean sheet and keeping the fortress intact.

Well played to all the lads who are now third and have closed the gap on the top two going into the Christmas and New Years break.

WILLOWS – WALTHAM ABBEY THURSDAYS

The award this week at Waltham Abbey Thursdays goes to new boys – Willows.

They put in an unbelievable team showing tonight, and although one individual shone for Willows, the finishing was lethal tonight.

Logan SIMMONDS was the man of the match as he smashed in a hat trick and was a constant menace with his pace, footwork and finishing. Quality performance from him.

Harry BARRETT, Vinnie BOYCE, George JOHNSON & Ethan MILLER all got one each as well to complete the scoring as this 7-0 win shows how much of a quality team performance this one was.

Ryan WHITEHEAD in goal was superb, making some outstanding saves, keeping a clean sheet. But in particular his distribution tonight was on point as he got two assists from some unreal goal kicks!

Well played to all the Willow lads.

Also a big congratulations and mention has to go to PieFace Argyle’s keeper – Matt HOLLAND who scored an unbelievable goal tonight, as he hit it long from his own box, it bounced awkwardly in front of his opposition keepers box, which then lopped over his opposite number and dropped into the net to score one of the best goals we have seen at the Abbey! Different gravy

Bayer Neverlosen – THURSDAYS LOUGHTON

The award this week at Loughton Thursdays goes to Championship side Bayer Neverlosen.

These lads are finding their feet and tonight against a very good side came out on top with a superb team performance.

Captain Tom CALLAGHER was in mesmerising form tonight, as he smashed in a hat trick with some unreal strikes, while also having a stint in goal second half as well.

Ale SPRINGER covered first half of the game in between the sticks and made some great saves, while then scored in the second half himself.

Sam THOMAS and George TAYLOR were solid at the back, while Sonny CLARK & Jamie THOMAS along with CALLAGHER were more attacking.
